I had the exact same issue when playing the Tank Battle mode on GameLoop! The tank would literally only reverse and wouldn't move forward no matter what.
The fix is super simple and worked instantly for me: 1. Log into the game. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Open BR Settings. 4. Change your layout to Layout B. That's it!
